HOTEL WHITE HOUSE

Built in the era around independence, this hotel still stands strong. It has seen many seasons change. It opened its doors in 1952. Ran successfully for 15 years was then sold to Mr Ved Prakash Kapoor. He took this hotel from a "Madan's Hotel" to "Hotel White House" With the beautiful Art Deco architecture it has the kind of spacious rooms no other hotel in the city.  With high ceilings and "Roshandans" no contemporary architecture can give you the experience of living in the times of British raj. Today this hotel is more a landmark then just any hotel. In the midst of the city, well looked after by the Kapoor family this hotel is visited by many from across the globe. Coming from a family of Silk Mills Mr Kapoor was the first in family to diversify into Hospitality. All he believed in was to never dupe anyone, in order to fulfil greed. No matter what business he ventured into. The family follows these values till date. Ethics run in their blood and values in their businesses. The third generation taking it newer heights introduced a "Y Cafe" to Hotel White House in January 2014.
